About
Insurance operations deserve software designed around insurance.
i23CRM exists because MGA teams keep adapting generic tools to a specialised operating model, and losing information at every seam.
Most CRMs are built around leads, contacts and sales pipelines. An MGA runs on submissions, markets, appetite, quotes, policies, renewals and claims. Those are not the same shapes, and forcing one into the other is where operational detail gets lost.
So we started from the insurance record model instead. Submissions reference insureds, producers and carriers. Quotes belong to submissions. Policies remember the quote they came from. Renewals and claims stay attached to the policy. Activities, interactions and documents sit on the record they describe.
The platform available today is the operational foundation: multi-tenant workspaces, authentication, roles and permissions, and the full CRM record set for MGA work. The intelligence layer is being built on top of that foundation, deliberately, with human judgment kept in the loop.
We'd rather ship a smaller product that is accurate about what it does than a larger one that isn't.
