Accounts and workspaces
Access to the platform requires an account and membership of a workspace. You are responsible for the activity of accounts under your control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data outside your workspace, or interfere with platform operation.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the records your organisation creates in its workspace. We process that data to provide the service.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Roadmap statements
Descriptions of planned capabilities, including i23 Intelligence, are forward-looking and do not form a commitment to deliver specific features on a specific date.
