A user is an active person with access to the workspace. Both public plans include five users. Additional users are billed per seat.
Managed AI for normal agency operations is included. Unusually high-volume AI, voice, SMS, e-signature and separately licensed third-party services can be billed as additional usage or pass-through costs.
